  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method (cash refunds for cash on delivery).

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products, items without original packaging, or products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Exchange Option

  • In some cases, customers may opt for a product replacement instead of a refund.
